As of today (16th January) A4 prints from our photo gallery are reduced to NZD $25.00 (including GST). When ordering you can also choose the “Double Deal”, 2x A4 prints of the same image for NZD $40.00 (including GST).

Art Deco Cars

Emmerson Street, Napier, was a popular place to be for the 2009 Art Deco Vintage car parade. I managed to get a telephoto self-portrait in some shiny chrome as the cars went past.

Lots On In The Bay

With the 2009 Art Deco weekend underway lots is going on in Hawkes Bay. Not all is related to Art Deco however….

Steam locomotive JA1211 was seen here running alongside Westshore Beach in the rain as it started a day trip to Wairoa.

Then in keeping with the train theme a truck and train came together in Ahuriri. Photos on NZPA.

The rain that had been falling all day contributed to a few MVC’s on the wet, slippery roads. A two car collision in Waiohiki Road caused congestion late this afternoon.
